Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Antidotum Coffee. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases  
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, skincare products)

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use (up to 50% refund)
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened (up to 25% refund)
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (assessed on a case-by-case basis)

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by emailing us at cofferoasthappy@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us at Antidotum Coffee, {Mgr Nolensplen 28, 4812JD} Breda. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  3. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.  

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.  
  4. If you have completed the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at cofferoasthappy@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at cofferoasthappy@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.  

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: [Mgr Nolensplen 28], 4812JD Breda.]

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
